At Stevenage Family Butchers, we take pride in placing you, our customers, as the most important part of our business. Our aim is to fulfill whatever product order you require from us as quickly and efficiently as possible, whether your order is for shop collection or delivery. Our goal is to prepare for Collection or Delivery your fresh meat as early as convenient for you.
Orders Taken Monday-Saturday
To deliver the finest quality and freshest possible meat products to our customers, our day begins at 2:45 am each morning, with a run to pick up our fresh meat from our suppliers in London’s World Famous “Smithfield Meat Market”. With this in mind, if you place your order with us before 5pm, Monday to Friday, pick up from our shop will be available the following morning after 10am and delivery will be available after 1pm the following afternoon latest. As we currently are closed on a Sunday, any orders placed on a Saturday will be fulfilled on a Monday as explained above. Our hope, in the very near future, is to provide a more comprehensive delivery and collection service Monday to Sunday. But we do love socialising and meeting people in our shop, and sometimes perhaps surprising you with a new idea or line of products we’re trying out, or a super special offer just picked up in Smithfield that morning !
